Residues
- The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labor and
Welfare introduced the Positive List System for
agricultural chemicals remaining in Foods on May
29th, 2006 - This system is to prohibit the distribution of
foods that contain agrichemicals above a certain
level if maximum residue limits (MRLs) have not
been established
