Program
Due to recent outbreak of SRRV, The Ramford
County Health Department may soon embark on a
limited application of certain pesticides. The
Cancer Awareness Coalition has requested that
Ramford County take steps to ensure that
individuals who may be sensitive to chemical
exposure be warned in advance of such applications

Program
Individuals who wish to be notified in advance of
Pesticide Application in their immediate
neighborhood can be placed on the Voluntary
registry. 24 to 48 hours in advance of the
pesticide application, C.H.I.P.P.E.R. will
contact the listed individuals when the County
will be applying pesticides in their immediate
neighborhood.

- Call 555- SRRV
- Give your Name (Optional), Contact number and 911
physical address

Program
- 24 to 48 hours in advance of any Pesticide
application, the C.H.I.P.P.E.R. will call the
contact number you provide to warn of the
impending application - The type of Pesticide, manner of application and
approximate time of application will be given - If no contact is made, a second call will be
placed approximately 12 hours in advance of the
application

- Registered citizens within 150 feet of the
application will be notified. - Ramford County, the RC Health Department and the
C.H.I.P.P.E.R. assume no liability for failure of
a citizen to be notified - In addition to the individual Registry, local
media will be given the dates and approximate
location of pesticide application.
