64 Tile prototype Sipm/Pcb
  • We have looked into a simple design for a Pc
    board.
  • It contains 64 Sipms and 4 temperature sensors.
    8mil trace with 8 mil spaces.

  • For our first approach we select a Microstrip
    design with 2 layer PC board.

  • 51 ohms when using 8 mil trace , half once copper
    and 5 mil thick height.

    electrical problems.
  • We are looking at some of the limitations to the
    mechanical assembly.
