Goals of the class

• To learn about how elements of a firm impact
  company success
• Product Development, Operations, Marketing,
  Sales, Global Sourcing.
• To learn about global business strategy
• To apply concepts of global strategy to
  technology firms
• To learn a couple of simple strategic analysis
  techniques.
• To break down what happens in the simulation each
  week and understand what it means to global
  business
• To have fun doing it.

• Make a sincere effort at playing your part in the
  simulation gets a B.
