Conclusion

• While awaiting the standardisation work to
  settle, only small scale implementations would be
  recommended
• As long as new RFID applications comply with
  regulation of frequency bands and power limits,
  few problems should be encountered.
• The nature of the new RFID application drives the
  choice of technology, like passive versus active
  tags, range, and what frequency band to use.
• Almost all new RFID applications require some
  security features.
• External factors such as cost of tags and value
  and number of items to be tagged must be taken
  into consideration.
• Ethics and Privacy is definitely one of the most
  important issues to consider and must always be
  addressed when implementing new RFID
  applications.
