Proposal

• The current draft is accepted as the LTSC PPs by
  the SEC (effective 26th Sept)
• A group is formed to look at broader issues as
  agreed by SEC in June 2000
• Outstanding issues are dealt with in the next
  version

Alternatives

• Accept current version with very specific minor
  amendments
• Put (modified?) version to an email ballot
• Reject current version
• Specific changes required for acceptance?
• Incorporate more major changes?
• Appoint PP editor or editorial group
