Funding Algorithm In-Kind

• Dollar value of goods and services provided
  directly to the identified shared service(s) by
  the owner Agency of the shared service.
• Includes but is not limited to
• Costs provided by System Project Managers
• Costs for Government Employees assumed to include
  salaries, direct and indirect overhead costs,
  facilities and any other costs for those
  employees.
• Value of in-kind contribution will be in addition
  to cash contribution
• Exception DOD 65 contribution includes both
  in-kind cash
• In-kind contributions will be listed in the
  Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
