General Comments

• 3.5 hours of beam studies in parallel with IBS
  experiment
• used for checking optimum alignment
• nothing new found, poor lifetime at dQ0.004
• Situation with man-power is improving
• Visitors from IHEP helped in Oct-Dec, one more in
  Feb
• EE support help growing (Bob H, Howie)
• Cryo guys on high gears
• Kip is out (Feb 7th) but ?
• Seva Kamerdzhiev of GSI has accepted RA offer
• Tan J.-P.Carneiro (new RA) work on versions of
