Groupbox vs Personal Inbox

• Groupbox
• Allows a group of people to share workload
• Provides a common destination for incoming RPAs
  (e.g., one groupbox for a CPAC)
• A person can belong to more than one
• Personal Inbox
• Shows all RPAs sent to one person
• Also shows any RPAs/notifications in the Groupbox
  to which the user belongs

Open vs. Closed

• Open
• Active in the inbox
• The RPA can only be accessed for update in one
  inbox
• Closed
• Active in a different inbox, or
• After Update HR and effective date past

Saving the RPA

• RPA Initiators
• Must Save and Hold and Personal Inbox before
  routing to another user
• If not, you will not be able to view or track
  that RPA
• RPA Recipients
• You do not need to Save and Hold in Personal
  Inbox
• All actions sent to you are automatically saved
  in your inbox

Refreshing the Inbox

• Be sure to refresh your inbox (using the F8
  key) each time you return to your inbox from an
  RPA.
• This action will insure that any RPAs that you
  routed to other users will not be displayed as
  active in your inbox.
• It will also display any newly-arrived RPAs.
• CPOC refresh your inbox after updating HR.
