Our objectives at the start of the year
To propose and co-ordinate 2 Rotaract European
Awareness Project based on pan-European
co-operation
To introduce criteria in which to score the The
Best European Service Project (BESP) entries
against so that the criteria can be fully
understood by those entering and by those
awarding
Introduce a consolidated approach to club
twinning
Reviewing the current twinning guides and
reissue as required
Organisation of an international twinning
database one focal point that any Rotaract club
in the world can register with and search for a
club to twin with!

Twinning
Introduced a consolidated approach to club
twinning
Centralised Twin Club Database
Not quite achieved yet! Will be lot more work for
next years committee!
But we did
Agreed with RI Rotaract Committee that at this
point in time E.R.I.C. website is the best place
for twining database
Assisted in the organisation and structuring of
twinning database
Created Twinning are on website
Reviewed the twin club documentation and
reissued with E.R.I.C. branding

DIVISION REPORT SECRETARY 2008 - 2009 From
February on totally stuck, so thank you all for
your help and sorry for letting you down! The
twin list forms are online, thanks to Stephan. At
least 20 in twining interested clubs are there
and they are notified. Also clubs from outside
Europe Further, the normal stuff a secretary is
supposed to do (besides revising the minutes
which Claire did. Thanks Claire!)
