Color Afterimages
Gaze steadily at the central cross for 15
seconds. Now hit the page-down key, and you will
see a coloured afterimage in complementary
colors. Hit the page-up key and re-adapt ad lib,
maintaining strict fixation. The subjective
colors in the afterimage can become as strong as
the real colors.
