Title: Application Health Reporting
1Application Health Reporting
2Application Performance
- Occams approach has always been first
understand what it is the client would like to
see then ask how they would like to see it. - Traditional tool vendors would like you to see it
their way and include the added cost to deliver
their view. - Occam utilizes what technology is on hand and
then deploys tools to the environment that will
compliment the solution while keeping the capital
costs low. - Results are decreased cost of capital outlay for
added hardware and software, reduced cost of
maintenance and ownership since existing/familiar
tools are used and reduced time to deliver useful
information.
3Dashboard
This dashboard view shows combined status
information from multiple data sources. In this
case, application response time data comes from
the Occam Group ARM agent, and ticketing data
comes from a sample help desk application.
4Summary Reporting
This summary view shows similar information in
tabular form.
5Trend Reporting
Drill down views, again with combined data, give
detailed information on the trends, including
visualization of the data via various charts and
detailed data output. In this view, the blue
bars indicate response time, and the red bars
indicate the number of open tickets.
6Integrated with Existing Portals
All views are generated using standard Java based
software, meaning they can be easily integrated
with existing dashboard and reporting products.
7Additional Features
- Fully customizable reporting engine allows for
maximum flexibility in report generation. - Capability to generate reports on schedule.
- Reports can be rendered in HTML, CSV, Excel, and
PDF. - Open Source software utilization reduces
implementation cost, allowing the customer to
focus on services and/or other software products.
