Australian Building Greenhouse Rating (ABGR)

• Changes to Accommodation Policy
• All proposals for new accommodation to include
  Base Building ABGR Rating
• Minimum rating level of 3.5 Star by 1 July 2006
• By 1 July 2005 all government tenants to self
  assess ABGR Tenant Rating
• By 1 July 2006 all government tenancies to be
  increased to 4 Star
• New tenancy refurbishments to aim for 4 Star.
• ABGR assistance from DHW and SEDO

• Free to list free to access
• More than 250 Companies now listed on-line
• Minimum rating level of 3.5 Star by 1 July 2006
