Holland Code

• After taking the career quiz, my top three
  letters ranked, Social, Artistic, and then
  Enterprising. I was not surprised to see social
  as number one. I love working with people and
  talking in front of large crowds. I enjoy sharing
  some of what I know and my personality with
  others. Either to persuade them, or inform them
  in any kind of way I can. Artistic was ranked
  second and shows that I like to express, and
  think for myself. I enjoy expressing myself
  through my personality, clothes and ideas.
  Enterprising was ranked third and shows that I
  like leading people and carrying out a task that
  is potentially dangerous or life threatening. I
  love being in charge so leading people is second
  nature to me, because I like being in control.
  This Holland Code is a good way for me to get a
  sense of what my interests are and what careers
  maybe in the future will help me achieve my
  goals.

• Some people in the broadcast journalism world
  become famous
• Most of the hosts on the Today show had previous
  experience with host jobs before being asked to
  host Today show.
• Such as, Meredith Vieira, - who wants to be a
  millionaire?

• Host- this job consists of working with a variety
  of individuals (camera men, lighting, production
  managers, co-hosts)
• As a host one must engage through the camera to
  convey important information to its viewers
• Bachelors Degree in Broadcast Journalism is need

Knowledge gained from parachute

• From my parachute, I learned that it can be very
  beneficial to plan out goals and potential
  achievements earlier than later. The parachute
  taught me about personal interests and places
  that I could see myself working in the future. It
  aided me to think out side of the box and
  coordinate my hobbies, with a possible career.
