Intertidal Zone

• Difficult for living things to survive due to

Neritic Zone

• Location extends from the low tide line to the
  edge of the continental shelf
• Zone depth is about 200 meters
• Receives plenty of sunlight, water pressure is
  low and the temp. remains fairly constant.
• Ocean floor is covered with seaweed
