To login, enter your employee number (without the
leading zeros) then enter your PIN number and
click Login.

To clock in select the clock in button and click
Continue.

You may be asked to select a job code, if so,
click the job code and then click OK.

To clock out, select the clock out button and
click Continue. Then click OK

To change your job code, select the Job Code
button, and click Continue.

Click the drop down box, select the job code you
need to use and click Ok.

To view your current time and your notes, select
View, View Hours

From here you can see your current hours, use the
arrows to see your history and then close the
window.

To add a note, click the date line you need to
add a note, then select the Note button.
Enter your reason and click OK. Keep it very
simple and straightforward.
