  • The Commission will seek to offer further
    participation possibilities, including observer
    status for all enlargement countries in the
    meeting of the management boards or expert
    groups.
  • The EU could co-finance up to 90 of the country
    contribution to a Community programme or Agency
    in the first year of participation through IPA.
    In the following years, that contribution would
    decrease, in percentage or in real amounts.
