• The exam format is explained below.
• In terms of content, the exam covers the entire
  course syllabus.
• I hope the sample questions are helpful in
  guiding your preparation. As mentioned, the
  course material would be sufficient.
• Exam Format for CIS 336 (only)
• You will be required to answer 3 questions out of
  5 choices.
• 3rd year students will have one mandatory, plus 2
  other questions.
• The exam would attempt to test both theoretical
  and practical elements of the course.
• Please answer questions concisely.
• When required to list, do not explain, just
  list.

• Exam Format for CIS 219 and 221
• The exam will be made up of 2 halves.
• Questions from the material covered in term 1
  (i.e. Java) would form one half, while the second
  half would comprise of questions from material
  covered in Term 2 (i.e HTML, CSS, JavaScript,
  XML, PHP and Web servers)
• You will be expected to answer 2 out of 3
  questions in each half of the examination.
• In other words, you will be expected to answer 2
  out of 3 questions on material covered in Term 1,
  and 2 out of 3 questions based on the material I
  taught in term 2.
• I hope this clarifies the situation, but please
  do not hesitate to contact me if youre still
  unclear.
