SPM Network
  • The SPM Network is a place for practitioners and
    those interested in SPM to share experiences and
    news and events around SPM through discussion
    forums, announcements, the sharing of videos and
    photos. There are currently over 950 members from
    all over the world.

Social Performance Management Principles
  • The SPM Principles state that an MFI that manages
    its social performance will deliberately
  • Translate its mission and values into clear,
    measurable objectives to capture intentional
    social benefits. Design and implement systems
    for social responsibility, including client
    protection. Track, understand and report on
    whether it is achieving its social objectives.
    Align its business processes to achieve both
    social and financial objectives. Ensure that
    decision-making considers both social and
    financial outcomes.
