• Approving Purchase Requests

• If you are in the workflow thread as an approver,
  you will receive an email notification. You may
  access this PR either by logging in to PR Builder
  and click on your Inbox, or by clicking on the
  hyperlink text.

• If you click on the hyperlink text you will come
  directly to the open PR to view and/or make
  changes. In order to see the PR Options you must
  click on your Inbox on the left menu.

• Once in your inbox you should see the PR Icon.
  There are also 5 links and 2 buttons. First is
  the PR. That will take you to the previous
  screen.

• Next is attachment, this will take you to any
  attachment sent with the PR if any were sent. To
  view the attachment just click on the link.

• Next is Info, this provides you with basic
  information, as seen above.

• Next is tracking, this allows you to view who has
  seen the PR and where it is going. It provides
  you with status and you may access comments from
  the thread members if they put any.

• Then the last link is comments. This also where
  you may view others comments or add your own,
  simply clicking the Add Comment link.

• Now we move on to the Approve and Disapprove
  buttons. If you viewed the PR and it is
  acceptable you should click on the Approve button.

• Once you click it this prompt will appear. Once
  you click OK it will move on to the next thread
  member.

• If you click on the Disapprove button then you
  will be given the opportunity to put disapprove
  comments. After you hit continue the PR will
  return to the Originator for correction and
  rerouting.
