  policy drivers and the vital work of the Care
  Council for Wales. It will work through the

• Nurses have The NMC as their regulatory body
  social care workers now have the Care Council for
  Wales
• Nurses have RCN what does social care have?
• We need to empower social care workers and give
  them an identity and a point of reference
