8GRAPHICS INTERFACE
The CUBE graphical user interface is essentially
composed of two parts Static interface
provides information on the general state of the
system allows access to various menu function
(creating maps, Check-In/out, silence alarms).
Dynamic interface provides real-time
information on the state rooms, allow the
carrying of commands on devices controlled and
displays the status of them, allows the
management of fire prevention. The dynamic
interface is itself consists of two modes of
representation of events. FULL SYNOPTIC

12Check-IN
CUBE manages the rooms access using codes stored
on RFID CARD (proximity card). The code is sent
to room at check-in and destroyed the next time
on Check-Out. A special procedure, under
Check-OUT allows the reuse of that CARD without
any additional steps.
- enable the room access - activation of air
conditioning to the stage Room Assigned" -
enable access in public areas (garages, fitness,
etc.) - enable any pay services (bar, safe
etc.). - possibility of automatic Check-Out
inserting the date and hour of departure
13Check-OUT
- disables the Room and Common Areas access -
activation of air conditioning to phase "Room
Free" - manages the accounting of paid services
- manages the annotations charged to the Client
- makes it unusable for future CARD access code
if the customer does not return the card itself.
14Remote-CHECK
It allows the programming of future CHECK-IN
CHECK-OUT and reservations for individual or
groups carrying out entry of all transactions
carried out from the menus Earlier CHECK-CHECK-IN
and OUT. Report any inconsistencies between
reservations and customers currently present.

18FIRE ALARMS
Complete management fire detection system for
Rooms and Common Areas. The system of detection
and alarm activation is consistent with the
current legislation in force. I managed sensors,
fire doors, fire push-button and sirens. If
there is an alarm the operator has a time not
exceeding 2 minutes to open this FIRE window,
unlike the system to conduct the General Alarm
with closure of all fire doors el'attivazione of
sirens. Alternatively the intervention connects
STAND-BY system for a maximum of 10 minutes to
allow check the veracity of the alarm. The
operator in this case can decide how to behave.
The system can manage independently the sending
of pre-recorded messages in Common Areas to half
of our central Audio standards EN-60849
