MEDM EDM Converter

• Working well
• Routinely used for mass conversions of several
  thousand screens
• Can be used to convert on the fly from within EDM
• Lead developer retired in December
• No new development since then

EDM Screen Generation

• Currently we generate many MEDM screens with
  small C programs using a library.
• Screens are then converted to EDM.
• We plan to update this library to generate EDM
  screens directly without rewriting the screen
  generation programs.
• Status
• Being developed by an accelerator operator
• Prototype expected this summer
