A non-profit organization founded by thehigher

The Clearinghouse Mission
  • The mission of the National Student Clearinghouse
    is to facilitate the exchange and understanding
    of student enrollment, performance, and related
    information in support of the education
    community.

  • Created in 1993 to facilitate the flow of student
    enrollment information
  • Formerly the National Student Loan Clearinghouse
  • In 1999, name changed to National Student
    Clearinghouse to emphasize services extending
    beyond student loans
