bridge over the Cybina River (1)

• 1. Municipal Urban Regeneration Programme on the
  basis of
• the analysis of crisis states concerning
  unemployment, poverty, crime and enterprise
  rates,
• the analysis based on the studies of the local
  office for urban planning
• social debate
• selected the urban regeneration areas (housing
  estate Sródka)
• 2. In the programme there has been defined a list
  of regeneration projects within Sródka area,
  among them Building the bridge over the Cybina
  River, submitted by Municipal Road Company,
• 3. The programme has been created in line with
  guidelines issued by the branch ministry (Economy
  and Labour) and with support of external experts,

4. The Management Authority responsible for
implementing Integrated Operational Programme of
Regional Development announced an open
competition for regeneration projects, 5.
Municipal Road Company in co-operation with
Regeneration Unit and Fundraising Unit prepared
the full project application based on information
extracted from the Urban Regeneration
Programme, 6. Municipal Road Company submitted
the project to the MA, 7. The project was awarded
with grant at the level of 85 eligible costs (2
MEUR)
