Principles of IAF

• All assessments have the potential to be
  integrated
• Children/young people and their families will get
  the right help at the right time.
• Information will be shared
• The child/young person and the family will be at
  the centre of and involved proactively in the
  integrated assessment process
• Interventions will be proportionate to need.
• The action planning process will rationalise
  multi-disciplinary and multi-agency meeting in
