What is Lacrosse?
  • A game in which two 12-member teams attempt to
    send a small rubber (yellow or white) ball into
    each other's netted goal
  • Each player is equipped with a stick, at the end
    of which is a netted pocket for catching,
    carrying, or throwing the ball.

    sport

Basic Skills
  • Cradle The act of moving the stick from side to
