A few words

• of thanks to everybody contributing to CALGO
  last year!
• A year ago calgo has been created to improve the
  collaboration among calorimeter related id- and
  software-groups
• that's a lot of various activities!
• This has been possible due to all the dedicated
  efforts of many students, post-docs and
  conveners
• Thanks to those who are leaving, especially

• Drew Alton, Sophie Trincaz
• Welcome to the new ones!

Some changes

• CALGO-meeting
• 1st part open for various contributions
• 2nd part organized alternatively by
  electron/photon/tau-id and
• jet/met/eflow-conveners
• ?contact the sub-group conveners for id-specific
  activities
• CAT-meetings
• bi-weekly (we are looking for a 1hour timeslot
  on Thursday-morning)
• alternating status reports from id and software
  activities
• presence of sub-group conveners and
  software-responsibles strongly encouraged
• ?let us know if we should discuss any issue on
  particular
• even better collaboration with physics groups!
