Climate

• The Savanna is a grassland ,but hotter. It is
  mostly located in Africa. Average rainfall is
  0.25 cm a month during dry season and 10 cm
  during wet season. The average rainfall per year
  is 30 cm.

Animals

• 1. Aardvark- a small brown hair creature that
  eats ants lives in the Savanna. It has a long
  tail, long ears and a long narrow snout.
• 2. Blue tongue Skink- A scaly lizard with brown/
  tan rings, bright blue tongue and eats cricket.
• 3. Quagga- The half horse half zebra was at one
  time extinct , but was rebred.

Plants

• 1. Senegal gum Acacia- The Acacia can grow up to
  20 meters tall with thorns and flowers. It looks
  like mistletoe.
• 2. Baobab- The Baobab can grow up to 25 meters
  tall. Its bare branches make it look upside down.
• 3. Gum tree Eucalyptus- The Gum tree Eucalyptus
  can grow up to 30 feet. They produce honey.
