  Weatherization and Intergovernmental Program

  access to technical and policy experts at DOE
  National Laboratories.
• Direct, short-term assistance with energy
  efficiency renewable energy issues.

• System benefit charges or other rate-payer funded
  utility efficiency and renewable programs
• Renewable or efficiency portfolio standards

• Providing support for state pilot projects
• In IL, supported development of quantification
  approaches for displaced emissions from wind

  published report on quantification of displaced

• In VA, developed support for inclusion of a
  combined RE/EE/new source set aside of 5 of NOx
