A HeRMES Upload will be used for PHA data
submission and/or JCAHO data submission (only one
upload required). A separate upload is required
for the QNet (CMS) Upload. To keep deadlines at
a minimum, ALL of the deadlines will be observed
on the same date. In any current quarter, the
discharges during that quarter are due by the
15th of the last month of the following quarter
as indicated in the chart above. Ex. 2005 Q3
discharges upload is due on December 15, 2005.
