- Coordinate multi-state applications with all

- Work reviewed during our yearly spot checks of
practices - State Office exploring the need for additional
TSP reviews - If problems found, some items are correctable.
- There is a de-certification process if needed.
44Liability
- TSP assumes all liability that practices meet
standards and specifications - If practice fails (i.e. weather) and standards
and specifications were followed, the producer
works with NRCS on repairs - If practice and standards and specifications were
not followed then it is between the TSP and
producer for repairs
