2Select par processing
3Select Update Reports To
4Enter the desired search criteria. Ex. Enter
your States 4 digit POI for CE or 4 digit POI
for FA
Click the Search button.
5Click on FIND
6Enter the Position Number of the employee for
whom the reports to update is being processed.
Then click the OK Button.
7The employee position and name for whom the
Search was conducted will be located at the
very Bottom of the screen. To see the employee
name, click once on the scroll down arrow.
8Enter the position number for the person
the Employee is to report to.
If you dont know the position number, click
on The search icon
9Enter last name of the person To whom the
employee will Be reporting and then click
the look up button.
10Click on the correct Position the employee is To
report to.
11Enter the effective date for the change or Click
on the calendar icon.
12Select the applicable date.
13Scroll to the bottom of the screen.
14Click on the SAVE button to save the changes
entered.
15Scroll back to the top of the screen And click on
FIND to verify the Change has been made.
16Enter the Position Number of the employee for
whom the reports to update was processed.
Then click the OK Button.
17The employee position and name for whom the
Search was conducted will be located at the
very Bottom of the screen. To see the employee
name, click once on the scroll down arrow.
18Verify the employee is shown to report To the
correct person in EmpowHR reports to
19Click on sign out when you Are ready to exit
