  • Improve your lifestyle and concentration
  • Eat Breakfast complex carbohydrates give slow,
    sustained release of essential sugars for brain
    function e.g. muesli or wholemeal toast
  • Snack on friut and nuts to keep up energy and
    remain alert
  • Eat fish 3x weekly for omega 3 and 6 oils,
    essential for optimum neural impulse transmission
    too
  • Eat organic reduce intake of chemicals
  • Eat 3x daily little and often as opposed to
    once daily, maintains steady levels of energy
  • Eat for your sport chess or a 10 mile run?
  • Drink 2 litres of water during the day
