- AMEC and PAI partners have agreed terms for the
sale of AMEC SPIE - Businesses to be sold generated 2005 profit of
49.7m revenues of 1,755m - Equity value of sale approximately Euro 1,040
million (707 million) - The sale is expected to close around the middle
of the third quarter of this year, generating an
exceptional profit on disposal expected to be no
less than 220 million

Workers councils, and conditional upon the
approval of AMEC Shareholders and the fulfilment
of certain anti-trust regulatory clearances

related assets but also the infrastructure KOC
needs to support its 5,000 staff working in the
region - KOC holds the fourth largest oil reserves in the

introduction of Kuwaiti nationals into the
company. Graduate trainees, construction
supervisors and administration staff were
recruited to the team
