• Less fat and sugar intake.
• More vitamins
• More vegetable and fruits
• 6-8 glasses of water a day

• An obese child has learned incorrect leisure.
• To change to a healthy lifestyle they must change
  the way they play.
• This could mean the childs family needs to build
  a healthier idea of recreation.
