  • Cleanliness
  • Food separation
  • Proper cooking
  • Chill

  • Personal hygiene
  • Wash hands with hot, soapy water
  • Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen surfaces and
    utensils
  • Use hot, soapy water after preparing each food
    item

  • Raw meat, seafood, and poultry separated from
    other foods during shopping and storage
