    reach goals in terms of meals.
  • Goals typically include
  • Have a variety of foods that taste and look
    appealing.
  • Use planned spending to make meals fit into the
    planned budget.
  • Provide good nutrition to meet the needs of each
    family member.
  • Control the use of time and energy involved in
    preparation.

  • Who makes the choices about what to buy?
  • Who decides whether to eat out or not?

    creating meals.
  • The problem is, many people do not like to eat
    the foods that they need to stay healthy.
