Spaghetti Bolognese
  • Ingredients
  • pasta
  • hash
  • pepper
  • salt
  • oil
  • tomato puree
  • Preparation
  • Let the water boil. Put the pasta into the water
    and let it boil for 18 minutes. Heat up two
    spoons of oil in a pot, put the hash into the pot
    and let it stew for 5 minutes. Season it with
    pepper and salt. When the pasta is ready you must
    cool it with cold water so that they dont glue.
  • For the sauce you need tomato puree. You must
    put the tomato puree, salt, pepper and oil into a
    pot and heat it up.

Cutlet and Chips
  • Ingredients
  • cutlet
  • 1 egg
  • milk
  • oil
  • breadcrumbs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • potato
  • Preparation
  • Beat the cutlet until it is thin. Stir the egg,
    oil and milk. Turn the cutlet in that and breat
    it with breadcrumbs and then fry it. Enjoy your
    meal.
  • Cut the potatoes in stripes and fry it.

Eggplant casserole
  • Ingredients
  • 750 gram Eggplant
  • salt, pepper
  • 750 gram big potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 -2 cloves of garlic
  • about 8 tsp. oil
  • 1 tomato
  • 100 g cheese
  • Preparation
  • Clean up the eggplants and cut them along in to
    slices. Bestrew them with salt and let them go
    for 15 minutes. Peel up the potatoes and cut them
    in to slices. Peel the garlic and onion and chop
    them. Heat 1 tsp. oil, and steam the onions and
    garlic. Cut the tomato into pieces. Let them cook
    for 10 15 minutes. Season it with salt and
    pepper. Dry the eggplants and potatoes and broil
    them in oil until they are brown. Season them
    with salt and pepper. Give the vegetables and the
    sauce in a casserole dish. Grate the cheese and
    give it over the meal. Put it into the oven and
    let it bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.

Spinach Bag
  • Ingredients
  • filo dough
  • deep frozen spinach leaves
  • spring onion
  • feta cheese
  • fresh dill
  • salt
  • pepper
  • yellow of an egg
  • Preparation
  • You must cut the filo dough in bands (about 12
    cm) and spread it on the work space. Defrost the
    deep frozen spinach leaves, let them drip down
    (important) and give them into a pan with some
    butter.
  • Now you must add the freshly washed and small
    cut spring onion too.
  • Refine everything with salt and pepper and much
    dill. After some time you must take it from the
    hot plate and add the sheep cheese.
  • Put the bulk on top of the pieces of filo dough,
    and roll it in.
  • Make sure you close the edges, so the filling
    doesnt ooze out.
  • At the end you have to spread the filo dough
    bags with the yellow of an egg.
  • Now you must give it into the oven and bake it
    at 180 200 degrees for about

Pancake
  • Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 soup spoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon
  • 350 ml milk
  • 300 gram farina
  • oil
  • Preparation
  • You must mix the eggs in a high mixer and whisk
    them with a eggbeater.
  • Stir in salt, sugar and milk, then sieve in the
    farina. Mix everything under until you cant see
    clots.
  • Heat a powder pan, spead the oil and give about
    one dipper pancake dough into the middle. By of
    the pan distribute of the dough constantly and
    roast it easily on low temperature. The dough
    should get out of the pen. The dough should be
    bronzy.
  • The surface mustnt be liquid.
  • You must turn upside the pancake down and finish
    baking on the other side.
