CAST Masquerade Ball The Berystede Hotel, Ascot
31st May 2008 In time honoured fashion, CAST
would like to invite you, to an evening of
mystery and intrigue at the 2008 Masquerade Ball.
We will be descending on the Berystede Hotel, a
marvellous and decadent establishment in the
picturesque and positively debauched area of
Ascot. Tickets are 30 per person and partners
are welcome, please view the attached map for
directions and if you have any questions, please
dont hesitate to ask. Rooms are available at the
hotel for 153, quoting reference CAST D/Dance
when booking. The evening will involve a
welcoming hour from 7pm, giving you, the honoured
guests, the opportunity to find a drink before
sitting down to a sumptuous meal, selected from
the menu overleaf. Please make your choices and
send them to the following address,

food orders before the evening to prevent any
disappointment. If you have any special
requirements or allergies, please let us know,
there will also be a bottle of wine provided to
each table. The evening will also include a disco
hosted by DJ Rhianna, please be sure to make her
welcome and suggest any CAST songs. Many thanks
to Sandra Parkyn and Karen Bold for organising
this spectacular evening and the Berystede Hotel
for hosting our soiree. Carriages are available
from 1am for the gentle ride home. Dont forget
your mask, it will hide the embarrassment.

From London and The North M4 Junction 6 onto A332
Windsor bypass and follow signs to Ascot. Head
through to Ascot Racecourse. At the roundabout at
the top of the racecourse take the 1st exit
left towards Ascot High Street. At the mini
roundabout take a right turn towards the train
station. Continue past the train station. Follow
through South Ascot main street and continue on
this road for a further ½ mile. Once you have
pass the Brockenhurst Guest House on the right,
turn right at the crossroads approx 300 yards.

• M4 Junction 10 on the A329(M) signed to Bracknell
  and follow signs A329 to Ascot when
• you reach Ascot High Street as above.
• From the South East
• M3 Junction 3 exit sign posted A322 Bracknell,
  passa set of traffic lights, take the 2nd
• turning on the left A30 London/Staines/Heathrow.
  Once you havepassed Longacres
• Garden Centre, take the 1st left turning,
  immediately before the Windmill Pub. The hotel
• is approximately 2miles at the end of this road
  on the left hand side.
• From M25
• Either Junction 13 follow A30 through Sunningdale
  after 2nd Q8 petrol station (on the
• right) take the next right at the Windmill Pub.
  Alternatively M25 onto M3 and as South
• East.
