What is Carilion Employee Assistance Program?

• Employee Assistance Programs are designed to
  assist work organizations in addressing
  productivity issues.
• It is a voluntary work-site based program,
  providing confidential professional assistance to
  management, employees, and their families, to
  identify and resolve a broad range of personal
  problems that may or may not impair or interfere
  with work performance and daily living.

• Provides up to 4 (Four) Face-to-Face Sessions
  with a Counselor per problem area, per year
• 24-Hour Crisis Counseling
• Telephonie Consultation and Counseling are
  Available
• Worksite-based Training Support

How to Use Your EAP

• Call any location on the brochure or 800-992-1931
  for out-of-region referrals
• Identify the organization you work for
• A short demographic interview will be completed
• Based on your sense of urgency, an appointment
  will be set for you or a referral made
