IN Exchange Global Crafts. New Orleans Art.
Fair Trade.
  • IN Exchange seeks to assist low income
individuals who have creative talent by helping
them access an expanded buyer market, providing
them fair financial compensation for works sold,
and subsidizing their craft materials in
    particular circumstances, says Erica Trani,
leader of the group of enterprising students.
  • The store opened October 1, 2007, and is
housed in the Lavin-Bernick Center for University
Life at Tulane University. The start-up of the
store was financed through a generous gift from
Lenovo in partnership with the National
Basketball Associations 2008 All Star Week.
