3MISSON STATEMENT
Preston County Take Back Your Children (named
by Sr. WV State Trooper Harmon) is a program
designed to educate adults on ways to prevent
children from starting drugs and alcohol. This
project is aimed at networking the community by
using experts in the fields of law enforcement,
juvenile justice, staff from a local teen
addiction recovery program, parents, educators
and SCHOOL NURSES! By networking a large group
of volunteers, workshops are organized to
educate adults on the real drug problems in their
community.

for organizing workshops to involve the
community. - Put out the word People interested in helping
will become key volunteers - Key volunteers decide what categories they are
willing to execute - We kicked off our workshops during Red Ribbon
Week.

the three workshops - Use the registration to develop a telephone tree
to contact attendees for future workshops - Each person notified can call five people they
