The company headquarters operates from a modern
office suite on the Business and Innovation
Centre site in Sunderland in the North East of
England. Our HQ also incorporates our
manufacturing workshop.
We also have branches around the UK, comprising
of offices based at London Heathrow and Gatwick
airport compounds, branches at Derby and Deeside
within the Toyota Motor Manufacturing compounds
and also points of contact just North of
Inverness, Scotland and as far South as
Southampton.

air conditioning units for use within
residential, commercial or industrial
environments. With our online requirement
calculator clients are able to find the best
suited air conditioning unit. TMS can also
install the unit fully and carry out regular
service checks to ensure full environmental
standards compliance and performance efficiency.
TMS can also a registered supplier of air-free
air purifiers. Airfrees exclusive patented
Thermodynamic Sterilising System technology with
the patented ceramic core incinerates 99.99 of
all micro-organisms spores, fungus, bacteria,
virus and mould. Utilising temperatures of up to
250 degrees C, airfree also destroys allergens
and harmful ozone gases that have been shown to
destroy lung tissue and trigger respiratory
diseases.

Automotive TMS has been active in the
automotive sector for many years developing a
wealth of expertise. Today TMS has a working
relationship with every motor manufacturer in the
UK and many of their tier-one suppliers. Defen
ce and Aerospace We have applied our maintenance

including Aerospace. Our customers include
specialist subcontractors through to BAe and
Airbus. Public Sector As part of our
ambitious growth strategy TMS successfully
established a team to sell our services into the
Public Sector and today provides services to a
number of UK public sector organisations. Pharm
aceutical and process Industries We have
expanded into many industrial sectors including
Pharmaceutical Food, where our customers
include Johnson Johnson, Nestlé and
Mars. Oil and Gas TMS have evolved products
across the oil and gas industries including a
wide range of valves, pipework and fittings.
Current projects include British Engines and
Oliver Valves. Yellow Goods (construction
vehicles) With the growth of the manufacturing
division TMS has invested heavily on machinery
capable of large tonnage. Current projects
include an ongoing production of machined shoes
for Caterpillar.

BAA TMS provide BAA with a round the clock one
stop shop for a wide range of maintenance
products and services. These include services
such as Electrical Installation Testing,
Painting Decorating, Building Refurbishment,
HVAC, Plumbing Services and Office Design
Installation. With both preventative and reactive
maintenance projects ongoing BAA benefit from a
constant professional service that enables them
to concentrate on their core activities.
Heathrow airport started as a small airfield and
grew organically without schematic diagrams. We
are working with BAA to develop and update
schematics to ensure compliance with current
legislation. TMS most recent project with BAA is
to ensure that terminal expansions and new
buildings are added to the schematics. TMS is
also responsible for the regular testing of all
old and new electrical installations. As part of
our service for BAA we also implemented an
Engineering Information Centre where by all of
the site information is stored with regards to
wiring systems, power points, drainage systems,
etc. All schematics, engineering diagrams and
spares information is stored and managed by TMS
on behalf of BAA.

that adapts to changing business requirements and
easily connects with the rest of the enterprise
systems.
TMS were responsible for the implementation of
this program into Heathrow airport and are
responsible for the daily updating of the system
and the migrating of information from other
systems to Maximo to simplify the processes by
which BAA view all information regarding all
aspects of the airport.

Toyota (Derby/Deeside) Preventative Maintenance
Contract TMS have built a trusting relationship
with Toyota at Derby and have been rewarded with
the permission to have one of our main offices on
their compound. Not only does this support how
we are valued by our clients, it also shows our
flexibility and willingness to help our clients
in any way. With our permanent on site presence,
TMS offer Toyota a one stop shop for a range of
maintenance services, from technical know-how to
part sourcing and procurement. Armstrong
World In order for Armstrong World Industries to
maximise machine productivity they have
incorporated machine down days into their shift
pattern. TMS provide Armstrong world with a
Preventative Maintenance team which carries out
all relevant, routine servicing on all plant
machinery and implements the corrective action
of any non conformances. TMS also offer Armstrong
World services off site such as machining and
fabrication. Nissan Our broad range of in-house
service skills allow TMS to provide a totally
flexible solution to the Nissan requirements,
from small facility modifications through to
complete turnkey projects. TMS provide Nissan
with onsite technicians who carry out machine
guard refurbishment and preventative maintenance.
Machine guards are manufactured new for Nissan at
our fabrication workshop. TMS have also recently
won the contract to provide maintenance engineers
for the production line of the highly successful
Nissan Qashquai.

Nestlé Due to new government legislation aimed at
reducing noise levels in the work place, Nestlé
have entrusted TMS to work in partnership to
continuously reduce noise levels. We have
achieved this by re-manufacturing a number of
machine components from specialist noise
reduction material. The noise reduction
components have been manufactured in-house using
state of art CNC equipment. Caterpillar TMS has
invested heavily in a variety of CNC machining
centres in order to help caterpillar. As with
many of our services we are willing to invest in
order to satisfy our customers requirements.
With the machining centres in place we are now
producing the tracks for the construction
vehicles on a long term basis and have methods
and machines in place to ensure quality
compliance at all times. TIO Ltd As mentioned
previously in this profile TMS has recently
embarked on a relationship with This Is Organic
Ltd to provide support in the manufacturing and
maintenance of production lines. TMS feel
privileged to be in partnership with such an
environmentally friendly organisation and are
