Tom Lane, COO of and Partner at Whitehead
Associates, Inc., a management consulting firm.
Duke MBA 90. Tom has extensive experience in
the financial services industry having worked as
Senior Vice President of UVEST Financial
Services, Bank of America, Morgan Stanley, and
Dean Witter. In addition to having empathy and
being committed to career reinvention, Tom is
passionate about a number of issues especially
caring for Charlottes most vulnerable

Tiffany has worked as a fundraiser for Duke and
for the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Most
recently, Tiffany spent 7 years with American
Express. Outside interests include Habitat NYC,
Hope for New York, and Redeemer Presbyterian
Church.
