• Milk and serum
• Prepare trizma buffer and stock choline standard
• Day of analysis prepare working choline standards
  and chromogenic reagent
• Pipette .05 ml of milk sample (.02 ml serum) into
  10 ml test tube
• Add 3 ml of chromogenic reagent
• Heat in water bath at 37 degrees C for 30 min.

• Pipette .3 ml of each sample into micro plate and
  read at 500 nm in the spectrophotometer
• Analyze using absorbances to create a standard
  curve and applying each sample to standard curve

• Judge for the goat skillathon and both days of
  the dairy skillathon

• Veterinarians came out to Waterman with Dr.
  Eastridge to learn more about dairy nutrition
• Brought silage samples with them
• Analyzed for dry matter and pH
