Bullying
  • It's a sad part of human nature, but it seems
there will always be people who pick on or tease
those in a lesser position to fight back.
  • At school, in the workplace and even at home,
bullying can happen everywhere and it's important
to try and understand what can be a very painful
    experience, both physically and mentally.
  • Bullying thrives on silence those who are being
bullied often feel there is nothing to be gained
by speaking out against the person who is doing
the bullying, therefore allowing the bullying to
    continue.

Cyber bullying
Cyber bullies do things like exclude someone
from an online group on purpose. It can also be
when rude and angry messages or gossip are sent
online.
Cyber bullying can also be when someone sends
messages via text. It could be a message about
another person or a video clip or picture of them
that they would not want to be sent.
To test out if something can be classed as cyber
bullying, put yourself in their shoes. If it would
upset you then its likely to upset someone else.

Tell Someone
  • Sending messages that are in anyway offensive,
purposely excluding someone or joining in with
any form of insult are all forms of cyber
bullying or could potentially lead to a situation
where someone feels like they are being bullied.
Even ignoring a situation that can be perceived
as cyber bullying is in some way excusing it. If
you or someone you know is being cyber bullied,
tell someone who can put a stop to it before it
    gets any worse.
