As you wander around West Virginia learning about
this wonderful state in which you live, you
will also be on a fitness journey.
The Fitness Journey
You will be on a team with three of your
classmates. By exercising, you and your
teammates will travel from city to city around
the state. You will log your exercise miles on
the Activity Log Sheet and map your journey on
the bulletin board in the gym. This journey
will be explained in more detail in physical
education class.
