• Raise the consciousness of our congregation about
  the impact of our holiday (and everyday) shopping
  choices
• Direct individuals to resources that empower us
  to shop responsibly
• Provide a forum (blog via website) for sharing
  ideas and new resources

Fair Trade Impact

• A portion of all Fair Trade prices (called the
  social premium) is specifically dedicated to
  social and environmental projects
• Projects determined by each local cooperative,
  including
• Schools
• Healthcare services
• Business/leadership training for women
• Conversion to organic farming
