How good is Cleveland? Ive been
investing for 23 yrs and Ive never seen a better
opportunity in my investment career! There are
homes near Cleveland available for around
35,000-40,000, remodeled and they will bring
over 1,000 a month in rent. Wow, lets compare
that to Phoenix. I personally have 7 rental homes
in Phoenix. I do receive 1,000 per month on
some, but I paid over 200,000 for them.
So lets compare the cities. For 200,000 in
Phoenix I can buy 1 home an 1,000 per month in
rent. In Cleveland I can get 5 places
(200,000/40,000) equaling 5,000 a month! As
you can see Cleveland has a much better return.
Thats not allwhat about the
equity? 0 equity in Phoenix. Each home in
Cleveland has 60,000x5300,000. Thats wealth!
Buy 10 properties and your closing in on
retirement, while making great cash flow!
Homes that cheap must be in bad areas, right?
Not the case! In fact, the city makes you remodel
every home. They call it a point of sale. The
goal is nice neighborhoods. And nice
neighborhoods equal increasing property values.
Finally, paying 33 cents on the
dollar for a home is not only smart, but
remarkable. Even those expensive RE investment
seminars wouldnt have this type of homes to
